People become victims of blindness in Jharkhand due to lack of treatment. Jain society has given concrete shape to the scheme of free eye treatment and operation. Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital and Research Center inaugurated a high-level Bhagwan Mahavir Eye Hospital at Mahavir Bhawan, Bariatu Road on 02 April 2023, on the eve of Mahavir Jayanti, which was inaugurated by Jharkhand Health Minister Shri Banna Gupta. Special guest Medica Group MD Mr. Udayan Lahiri, Ranchi MP Mr. Sanjay Seth, LS MP Mahua Maji, honorable guest Ranchi MLA Mr. CP Singh, Kanke MLA Mr. Samri Lal were present.

According to Chairman Mr. Puranmal Jain Sethi, the organization has been conducting free eye camps and cataract operations for 18 years. Which was given a big form through the hospital. Here, free treatment, operation, medicine, food and lodging arrangements have been made for the poor patients.
